Kite Surfing Lessons

From 600dh

Kitesurfing is an aerial dance with the wind, offering a sensation of absolute freedom and an intense connection with the natural elements.

We offer small group and private lessons for those wishing to harness the power of the wind and soar above the ocean on a kite.

Lessons are available from complete beginners and more experienced kiters looking to improve their skills. We have packages available for those wishing to hone their skills whilst staying in Kaouki.

About the Surf lesson

Our Kite Surfing lessons are suitable for complete beginners through to those wishing to hone and perfect their skill. For group and semi-private lessons all participants must be of a similar level.

Our lesson include theory and practice, they last around 2 hours with a mix of time spent on land and in the water. Our experienced guides will help you get the most out of your session.

For complete beginners it is likely that your first few hours will be spend on land learning about the equipment and practicing how to control the kite before entering the water.

Once you book your lesson, our surf instructor will get in touch with you a few days before to schedule the session based on the tides and conditions in Sidi Kaouki.

Before we start our session we will do a short warm up on the beach and:

  • For beginners we will explain all of the equipment to you and how to set it up correctly. We will spend time learning and practising to control the kite before entering the water.

  • For more experienced surfers we will have a chat about what you want to get out of the session and we may spend some time working on your technique before we get out into the water.
